By completing one online application, you will have access to all of the teaching positions available in participating Delaware public schools, allowing you to find a school that best fits your needs without applying to each school separately. Applicants will be subject to a pre-screening process that reflects the hiring priorities of participating school leaders, ensuring targeted recruiting for both you as an applicant and for the school leader. Hiring is based on mutual consent.

Starting an application is as easy as clicking here.
The online application consists of six sections:
1. Basic applicant information
2. Education background
3. Certification information
4. Teaching preferences
5. Résumé upload
6. Short answer responses
You can save your application and make as many changes to it as necessary until you are ready to submit it. Once you are finished and ready to submit your application, simply click on the “Submit” button.
Application Timeline
After you submit your application, you will receive a response regarding your status within five to seven business days. Once your preferences and skills have been reviewed and you have been selected to move forward in the hiring process, you may be invited to job fairs or other interview events. In addition, principals may contact you directly for interviews.
