with Staffing & Management Insights


To ensure schools participating in Delaware Talent Management set aggressive hiring goals, access top teaching talent, and start the school year fully staffed, coaching workshops are designed to help principals stay focused on their staff throughout the year. Training is designed to build a strategic staffing plan by arranging staff with academic and school-based goals in mind, review strengths and weaknesses of existing staff, plan for external factors, and develop a plan for next steps.
