Instructional Insight Survey Gives Teachers a Voice in Goal-Setting
Teachers are the most influential factors in the success of their students. As managers, principals also carry an incredible amount of influence on the growth of students through the feedback and development opportunities that they give to their teaching staff.
Instructional Insight Survey, a reliable survey developed by The New Teacher Project, measures your school’s instructional culture, as seen through the eyes of your teaching staff. As a valid predictor of student proficiency, Insight allows leaders to set goals around improving specific management practices (including hiring, observations, evaluations and retention practices) that will lead to better outcomes.
